The accessory building consists of a four-car garage, office, laundry and two-bedroom apartment. The challenge was how to integrate a 3,000 square foot building on to the site without overpowering the existing farmhouse and how to reorient the vehicular traffic away from the house while maintaining access to the house. I oversaw the re-grading of the house and accessory building site and a new driveway installation, installed the landscaping including stonework, created the design and working drawings for the construction of the accessory building and oversaw the construction.

The second picture is the site work preparing for the foundation of the accessory building, the removal of the existing driveway and the newly constructed walk and perennial flowerbeds.
