• Multi-purpose site for state champion youth rowing team, artist in residence program, wildlife observation trail, outdoor performance stage, environmental art gallery, public water access dock, outdoor education center, butterfly garden, native plant demonstration garden

• Protected more than 100,000 acres
• Conceptualized and advocated for 32-mile recreation trail
• Created innovative private-lands recreation right-of-way
• Negotiated with water district, county and multiple generations of several families to create a large functioning landscape for far ranging species like the Florida panther and black bear
